Please read These Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply to your use of this internet site (Site). By registering and using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between You and (We, Our, Us, WTM) World Trade Marketing Limited trading as WholesalerDirect.
These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between Us and You for the supply/purchase of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply.

Changes to these terms and conditions
We reserve the right to vary the terms of this agreement at any time. Any variation will be communicated to You by Us by posting the variations on this Site or emailing them to You at the most recent address nominated by You.
You agree to check this Site and your email for notices and that You will be considered to have received a notice when it is posted on this Site or, in the case of email, 24 hours after sending.

Membership termination
We reserve the right to immediately, and without notice, withdraw or terminate your access to the Service, if You fail to comply with any provision of this agreement concerning the payment of any fees, if You misuse the Service or fail to comply with your obligations as to the use and access of the Service as specified in this agreement or if there is any other reasons deemed suitable by Us.
In the event of termination, You will cease to be a member and will no longer be authorised to access the Service, but all restrictions imposed on You, licenses granted by You and all of Our disclaimers or limitations of liability set out in this agreement will survive

We may also share it with or pass it to other companies owned by World Trade Marketing Limited. At any time, however, You may opt out of such future contact by contacting Us by completing the

At times We may retain third parties to process and analyse data We collect on Our websites, including Personal Information, solely to help Us improve Our services and Our websites. In addition, if You order a product or service from Us, we may share Personal Information with suppliers and other third parties to allow delivery of such products or services.
These suppliers and other third parties are not authorised by Us to use your Personal Information in any other way. Finally, please note that We will release your Personal Information if required to do so by law, or by search warrant, subpoena or court order.

We take reasonable precautions to keep your Personal Information secure.
Access to your Personal Information is permitted among Our employees only on a need-to-know basis.
Our Online Credit Card payment is implemented by National Australia Bank, your credit card details are placed direct on the
www.nab.com.au website. We do not view Or store your credit card details.

Restrictions

Legal age to transact
If You are under the age of eighteen (18) years You CANNOT place any orders with WholesalerDirect. By accepting these Terms and Conditions You acknowledge that You are over the age of eighteen (18) years old. Should WholesalerDirect suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, WholesalerDirect reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who placed any order(s) with WholesalerDirect.

We sell to Australia only
WholesalerDirect will only sell and ship products within Australia. We will not ship deliveries outside of Australia.

Placing orders

You place an order by selecting the product/s and completing the procedure by clicking on the Confirm Purchase button.
When You place your Order, We will issue You with an Order Number via email.
By completing the Order Form You place an order to purchase the product(s) You have selected based on These Terms and Conditions.
Information supplied on the WholesalerDirect website constitutes an invitation to deal. No information on Our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by Us to supply any Product, however WholesalerDirect will make every effort to supply products to You.
For the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud, WholesalerDirect and Our affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in Our sole discretion.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when We send You an email confirming shipment of the goods You ordered.

Payment Methods and Order Processing

WholesalerDirect accepts payments by credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only), BPAY, Direct deposits, Personal/Business cheques, Bank cheques and Money Orders.
Payment processing will not begin until We receive all the information We need.
Credit card payments will be automatically processed after You complete the process on the credit card payment section of the National Australia Bank website.
WholesalerDirect will not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
When You pay by BPAY You must pay the price as indicated on your order/invoice within 5 days from the date You receive the confirmation of your order via email.
If BPAY, Direct deposit, Cheque, Money order or Telegraphic Transfer payment is not received within 10 days from the date You placed the order, WholesalerDirect reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
Orders placed on a weekend or Public holiday in NSW will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
WholesalerDirect will start processing of orders one business day after funds are cleared and appear on Our bank account.


Supply of products
We will supply the products indicated on your order Subject to these Terms and Conditions and will email You confirmation when your order has been despatched including the E-Parcel tracking number for each parcel shipped.

Prices and tax
All prices are stated in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.

Delivery of products
Delivery time may take up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received.
WholesalerDirect will make every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated delivery times provided by Australian Post. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times, We do not guarantee that We will deliver within this time frame. Estimated shipping times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond Our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We will deliver your Products to the address indicated as your Shipping Address on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so You can pick-up your parcel from your local Post Office.
If delivery is by a courier service other than Australia Post and no-one is available to take delivery, the courier service will leave a card requesting You to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
Title and risk of loss to all products shipped will pass to You on delivery.

Damaged Products Returns and Claims

Product damaged on arrival
A product is considered damaged on arrival if discovered to be broken when first taken from its packaging or shows symptoms of operational failure.
WholesalerDirect customer service will provisionally determine whether the product was damaged on arrival. Where a product is determined as damaged on arrival We will arrange to replace the product. Refunds will only be offered when a replacement Product can not be provided.
When customer service has provisionally determined that a product was damaged on arrival, return shipping will be arranged at our expense.
When a product is replaced or refund is offered the returned product becomes the property of Wholesaler Direct.
If the returned product is deemed by customer service NOT to be damaged, WholesalerDirect in its absolute discretion may refuse to refund or replace the product.
WholesalerDirect reserves the right to test any returned damaged on arrival product.
If the condition of the product was misrepresented to Us by You, WholesalerDirect will charge a handling and administration fee up to the maximum of $30.00.

Product problems after delivery
If your product arrives damaged or You find a defect and a valid claim is received by customer service within 30 days of delivery, WholesalerDirect will exchange the Product where possible, or refund You the purchase price of the product including shipping costs. Should You contact Us outside the 30 day period customer service will consider each claim on a case by case basis on its merits and according to warranty offered.
When We agree to replace the product or refund You the purchase price, You must first return the defective product to Us. You will be obliged to pay for the return of the product if the Product is sent after 30 days from dispatch date. Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the original product and shipping time is same as the original delivery.


Authorisation to return a product
To return a product for replacement or refund You must first obtain authorisation from Our Customer Service Department.
When customer service has provisionally determined that a product is damaged on arrival, We will issue You via email with a Return Authorisation Docket.
NOTE: Products cannot be returned without the Authorisation Docket. The product should be returned to WholesalerDirect within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the Returned Authorisation Docket. All products must be packed in the original packaging and must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and copy of the shipping documents.

Returning damaged products
All damaged products must be returned whenever We agree to replace or refund the product.
Customer service will make arrangements with Our courier service for collection of the Product, and will notify You when they will collect the product from You.


When a replacement product is arranged
The replacement Product will be shipped to You at Our expense after We have received your returned product together with the Return Authorisation Docket.
The delivery time for the replacement Product will be the same as stated for the original damaged on arrival product.
Replacement Products are provided with the same Limited Warranty as the damaged on arrival Product.


When a refund is arranged
Refunds will be issued by cheque or a direct credit to your credit card or bank account.
Refunds include all shipping and associated costs for the damaged on arrival product.
No refund will be given to You until WholesalerDirect has received the damaged on arrival product from You.


Return policy

Products may be returned for refund or replacement within 7 days from delivery. All product returns must have a Return Authorisation Docket issued by WholesalerDirect and marked clearly on the return package.
To request a Return Authorisation Docket and shipping instructions please contact our Customer Service department by using the contact us form.
Return Authorisation Dockets are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.

All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse.
All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer, returns must be shipped freight pre-paid, unless the reason for the return is product not same as ordered.
Customers will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items that were part of a promotional sale.
To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return, always enclose the remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.


Unauthorized returns will be refused
WholesalerDirect cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Additional charges may apply if all peripherals and accessories are not returned in the original packaging.

Credit card fraud liability
WholesalerDirect will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Limited Liability Warranties

Except as expressly stated herein, WholesalerDirect makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to products sold on the site.
WholesalerDirect will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Our maximum aggregate liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by You to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.


Product warranty
Products sold through WholesalerDirect state the warranty period on the product details information page. Some products are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturer in accordance the warranty information provided with the product.
For items advertised as sold with manufacturer’s warranty, We suggest you contact the manufacturer or Distributor in the first instance for replacement or repair under the warranty terms.

Warranty liability
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability in WholesalerDirect for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited, at the option of the replacement of the Product and the payment of the cost of replacing the Product.

Force majeure
WholesalerDirect shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delayed delivery by reason of the following matters affecting delivery; fires, floods, wars, riots, civil uprising, government regulation, existing or future strikes or other labour troubles affecting delivery whether involving employees of the vendor or employees of others regardless of responsibility or fault on the part of the employer whether or not of a class mentioned and not reasonably within the vendor's control.
